Daily Duties at Elettric 80 Inc.:
In charge of all the spare parts business including but not limited to: inventory management, stock level and obsolescence, warranty procedures and coverage, custom recommended spare parts list specifically designed for each customer to maximize the efficiency of the suggested stock levels. Managed directly retrofit jobs from quote to procurement to installation and commissioning. Supervised the whole purchasing process and directly managed strategic vendors: contracts, terms and conditions, prices, warranty coverage. Oversaw all the operations related to logistics, import procedures with management of carriers and brokers, Customs requirements and documentation, contracts and conditions. Complete Budget management for both spare parts and logistics
