For this operation, I directed business networking, consulting, and PC repair business providing on-site and in-house repair of PCs, servers, LAN/WAN networks, printers, cellphones, and tablets. I developed project plans to deliver new or enhanced IT services, monitoring progress against work plans and resolving any issues. I also designed and implemented network solutions, including routing, remote access, cloud services, administration, and security. I led projects to develop custom database applications and directed server migrations. And I setup and managed exchange servers, including customized CRM solutions.
