Daily Duties at Ibm:

Contracted to build Office 365 Support department. While working here, I directed the installation, configuration, upkeep, and reliable operation of client environments. I designed Office 365 migrations for enterprise clients, including architecture, migration design, and support design. I also managed client communications, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations. I performed ongoing capacity planning based on business growth, analyzing IT processes and implementing improvements. And I provided classroom and one-on-one training.
