Daily Duties at Eds:

Managed financials as EDS internal systems and employees transitioned to HP, Inc. Planned and executed budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking—with a close eye on planned/actual spend. Initially accepted key process and information management role, and then advanced to provide financial management for the Office of the CIO, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenses. Coached the team to drive EDS goals and priorities. Directed technology operations to drive innovation, cut costs, and add value for the E.Solutions division of EDS. Pioneered new processes to streamline and improve performance, enhance the technology infrastructure, and build the teams and systems required for short- and long-range success. Earned fast-track promotions for leadership and technical expertise. Chief Technologist Systems Engineer
