Daily Duties at Viscent Orthopedic Solutions:
• Process semi-monthly, monthly and off-cycle payroll form multiple states and multiple divisions • Review, validate and enter HR, compensation, levy and garnishment changes in HRIS system • Enter new hire, termination, pay-rate changes, and payroll exceptions in HRIS system • Process, balance and enter payroll, payroll tax and benefit journal entries in accounting software system • Perform audit and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, prepaid accounts and fixed asset management • Responsible for fixed asset management and depreciation calculation for general ledger • Perform month-end and year-end reconciliation for closing processes, assist in financial reporting and analysis • Perform year end reconciliations for 1099 and W2 processing • Assist with cash management and accounts payable functions • Assist Human Resources in managing benefit processes
