Daily Duties at Solis Mammography:

• Process semi-monthly, monthly and off-cycle payroll for multiple states and multiple divisions • Review, validate and enter HR, compensation, levy and garnishment changes in HRIS system • Enter new hire, termination, pay-rate changes, and payroll exceptions in HRIS system • Process, balance and enter payroll, payroll tax and benefit journal entries in accounting software system • Perform all payroll, benefit and expense analysis for senior management • Perform audit and reconciliation of payroll related GL accounts to insure accurate cost allocation • Audit support for annual Worker’s Comp and 401K audits without failures • Assist Human Resources in managing benefit processes and audits •Manage employee HSA account set up and funding • Perform year end reconciliations for 1099 and W2 processing • Perform month-end and year-end reconciliation for closing processes, assist in financial reporting • Payroll and HRIS system conversion and implementation • Merger and Acquisition due diligence for payroll and benefits • Establish and implement process controls for all payroll processes
