Daily Duties at Insperity:
• Supervise a team of 9 payroll processors with a total work site count of 12,000 employees working for and average of 125 clients • Work with business partner teams to insure processes, procedures and resources are available and utilized to support the clients' and work site employees' needs • Provide management support for special projects as needed to improve processes, data and service for and excellent client experience • Performed weekly 1 on 1 meetings with each team member to encourage, coach and guide them to insure continued performance improvement and professional growth • Developed relationships with the department's 125 clients to provide and monitor support and customer service for their payroll, benefit and human resources needs
