• Lead various Oracle 11i and R12 implementation and upgrade projects through entire project life cycle. Project size ranges from $5-38mm. • Manage 6 team members to support Oracle Financial. Define and delegate roles, tasks and prioritize works for team members. • Meet with business owners or project stakeholders regularly to discuss project / enhancement status, and prioritize future items • Establish Oracle Application development standard, document templates, change management process. Develop appropriate business and system controls to ensure the integrity and security of Oracle applications and data; ensure compliance with SOX regulations. o Analytical & Project Implementation: Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, Process Flow Diagrams, Configuration Document, Functional Requirements, Prepare Test Plan, User Training Material, prepare RFP, Project Budget & Proposal, Project Plan, Project Status report, Project Executive Summary, Managing Consultant assignments, and vendor relationship management.
