Daily Duties at Pakistan Navy:
• As General Manager, managed a ISO 9000-2000 certified yard comprising of more than 700 workers including more than 50 engineers and managers • Ensured successful completion of various industrial projects. Major projects included: • Fabrication and complete overhaul of submarine hull • Installation of all mechanical systems meeting stringent quality standards. • Retrofiting of additional submarine propulsion system • Managing a warehouse and its overseeing all functions for complete supply chain. • Designed, developed the curriculum and infrastructure for Submarine Construction Training Center. Director of Submarine Projects at Pakistan Navy Headquarters in Islamabad • Served as Project Director of various Projects related to submarines • Overseer of the technical, procurement (Marine and Electrical machinery) and Project / Contract Management aspects. • Controlled and monitored field organization for their successful execution of assigned projects. • Successfully introduced Strategic Management Initiative (SMI) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in directorate and field organizations
