Daily Duties at Belcan Corporation:
Managed SAP implementation and served as single point of contact for all SAP company materials management issues for EDEC Services, liaising between Engineering, Manufacturing, International Customs, Plant Storerooms, Vendors, and the project team. Led a team of six spare parts technicians responsible for building multilevel Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP for a Manufacturing Global Equipment & Parts Database. Coordinated workloads, facilitated project meetings, trained 30 new users, and provided troubleshooting for system problems for development of a manufacturing line spare parts list by 14 distinct variables including plant, line, functional location, quantities, cost, lead-time, vendor part number, manufacturer part number, and SAP material master record number.
