Daily Duties at Next Step International, Inc.:

• Spearhead large-scale and high-profile software conversion projects for credit unions and banks with assets totaling $1B+, while holding full accountability for entire engagement lifecycle. • Apply sharp organizational skills toward initiating, planning, scheduling, controlling, and finalizing projects within budget and timeline parameters. • Coach, mentor, guide, motivate, and supervise project management team members. • Methodically conduct thorough readiness assessment for clients prior to go-live and adhere to conversion schedule to mitigate risk and ensure seamless system conversion and process integration. • Govern project scope, schedules, milestones, status reporting, vendor relations, and client satisfaction. • Closely monitor data validation process, user acceptance testing, training, procedure development, customizations, third-party interfaces, and network considerations.
