• Assumed full accountability in providing hands-on project leadership in all phases of local and enterprise projects for international law firm within 17 offices across the globe. • Researched and reviewed and assessed potential software solutions for suitability to requirements, usability, stability, cost of ownership, and buy verses build considerations. • Liaised with internal stakeholders from IT, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources and Marketing to obtain and assess software requirements and develop detailed work breakdown structures. • Managed multiple concurrent projects to enhance, relaunch, implement and/or change existing systems according to requirements identified during gap analysis • Performed essential tasks, including planning, facilitating, and leading multiple projects to achieve successful outcomes within set timeframe and budget, adhering to strict quality standards. • Worked with internal and external resources to achieve project goals, including, installation and setup of hardware, network configuration, systems integration and data migration from existing legacy systems. • Led the development of all project documentation including proposals, business case, budget, scope, detailed schedule, project status reports, and project closure documents. • Took charge of tracking project issues and risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to project quality, cost and timescales. • Ensured clear and frequent communication between all project team members and internal stakeholders via regular cross-team status meetings and project status reports to manager and firm leaders. • Established productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consultant with frequent formal meetings, and informal conversations.
