Responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. I was responsible for overseeing projects from beginning to end and ensuring that the project is completed successfully. Lead the planning and implementation of multiple or large-scale projects. • Facilitated the project definition, scope, goals and deliverables • Identified all project dependencies and risks, ensuring that they are effectively managed • Developed an understanding of the technical and business aspects of the project • Accountable for all aspects of the projects
