Implemented a Project Management Office (PMO) resulting in the realization of significant increases in operational efficiency and reduction of deployment time. o Created SOW and project plan templates improving efficiency in capturing and tracking project deliverables. o Assisted in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce.com and various other tools to provide increased visibility of projects to sales teams and financial and sales auditing capabilities to the CFO and accounting team
