Daily Duties at Los Angeles Police Department:
Managed Procurement, Proof of Concept, and Deployment phases. o Managed vendor evaluation and selection – because of the research, POC, and presentation of findings, Niche was chosen at a cost savings of $7M over the nearest competitor. o Managed the training of 500 LAPD Traffic Officers in a month to use the Niche RMS Collision Module. o Managed the training of 400 LAPD Detention Officers to use the Niche RMS Custody Services Module. o Developed training materials and managed the implementation of the Traffic Collision (TC) Reporting Module resulting in 90% of TCs entered electronically.
