Daily Duties at Quantum Corp.:
High-level individual contributor position assigned to major OEM accounts. Responsible for SDLT tape drive product quality in both PC and automation environments. Tasked with annualized return rate reduction, integration failure reduction, product quality reporting, and increasing account scores for quality metrics in quarterly business reviews. Driver of closed loop corrective action system, and 8D processes.
