Responsible for managing medium to large-scale accounts while delivering multiple projects. Coordination, planning, execution and delivery of several complex projects within the London Metal Exchange, the London Insurance Market and several London brokerages. Tasked to lead change, establish key relationships, resolve issues, coordinated implementation reviews and developed accounts by selling additional services and extensions. Led internal personnel and vendor teams (up to 30 people) to deliver software releases on time and on budget. Managed strategic partnerships and 3rd party vendors where project budgets ranged from $6M to $65M and were typically 3-18 months in duration.
