Daily Duties at Gp Derudep:
• Developed and reviewed project charter with stakeholders for project approval by sponsor (African Development Bank and state department.) • Developed statement of work (SOW) and other related contract documents. • Defined and documented detailed project requirements, constrains and assumptions along with stakeholders. • Ensured stakeholders involvement and management throughout project life cycle. • Managed and coordinated work with various departments to ensure project milestones are met and communicate project status to stakeholders. • Performed integrated change control processes. • Led Change Control Board, developed processes to ensure changes were effectively tracked, reported and implemented with minimal disruption to project scope. • Developed and maintained contractor relationships in order to support bid solicitation, review and award of contracts. • Monitored and controlled projects to ensure deliverables met specifications and within budget. • Conducted training needs assessment, capacity building for leadership programs. • Prepared and maintained construction schedules working with field operations to ensure timely completion of projects • Ensured the timely close-out of projects including completion of punch list and final submission of all close-out documents.
