Daily Duties at Cloud Card Technology:
• Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features. • Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.) • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress and burn down charts. • Developed clear and concise epics/stories. • Driving teams to meet and exceed milestones by delivering projects on schedule, scope and on budget. • Assisted team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, sizing and task definition. • Participated proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools and best practices aimed at reducing development time. • Removed obstacles that could be an impediment or interference to teams work performance. • Managed software development life cycle and ensured all work was completed with regards to stakeholder’s recommendations. • Collaborated with team to develop user stories which aids in features description. • Responsible for prioritizing product features tasks, to ensure successful delivery of valued products. • Conducted Sprint Reviews and Retrospective at the end of a Sprint aimed at team development. • Worked on process improvements and implementation of new methodologies for software development and project management • Managing vendor relationships from commercial negotiations to implementations. • Monitor and tune number of work- in- progress items for SCRUM teams to eliminate waste. • Responsible for on time and on budget project delivery with a high-level of quality. • Responsible for leading and managing team in achieving Key Performance Indicators. • Developed recommendations/process improvements to resolve team and stakeholder related issues. • Resolve technical conflicts and interpersonal conflicts.
