Daily Duties at Home Delivery Logistics:
Oversee the daily operations of several Home furnishing companies, including Ashley's Furniture, Laz-Boy Recliners, Mancini's Mattress World, Cort Costco and various other Home furnishing retailers in the Northern Ca. Bay Area. Interacting with respective management and personnel on a daily basis, resolving all home delivery issues. . Manage all fiscal responsibilities and employee issues and Contractor recruiting and Training. Utilizing a staff of 6 supervisors,10 dispatchers and 25 owner operators who carry out 200 to 300 daily home deliveries in the Bay Area.
