Began Company as a HR Generalist (1996-1997) and then consistently promoted : HR Manager (1997-1999); Senior HR Manager (1999-2000); Interim Director of HR during reorganization (2000-20010. Chosen as a change agent to assist with merger of two acquired businesses. Developed and integrated HR processes, Policies, and procedures. Accomplished staffing and retention activities during rapid growth. Worked will all areas of the organization and traveled to New Jersey to help setup new Headquarters site. Led various teams if managers and supervisors to provide information to head of site, CEO.
