• Managed 1,549 stores across the US and Puerto Rico, supervising four Area Directors, 32 Regional Directors, 147 Market Managers, and more than 7,000 team members; directly reporting to the company’s CEO. o Additionally, managed 439 wireless locations, 5 Regional Wireless Directors, 35 Wireless Mobility Managers, and 200 Dealer Agents. • Oversaw full profit and loss (P&L) and operational responsibility for all stores, including sales, expenses, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), and other key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics. • Implemented a nationwide focus on consistency and quality, ensuring all stores across the country were accountable for 100% execution of corporate and field structure, standards and expectations.
