Daily Duties at Project Group 2000:
Oversight of all aspects of wireless communications construction and maintenance projects, including: o Generating bids o Pre-con site walks o Onsite work-in-progress inspections o Coordinating and communicating with various customers, sub-contractors, utility companies and city officials o Site audits o COP reviews/approvals o Internal quality report card (QRC) development and administration o Ordering and tracking equipment and delivery o Securing rental machinery Managed daily operations, scheduling and personnel for our St. Louis, Kansas City, and Nashville offices for the following areas of business: o AT&T multi-state service contract o AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile construction projects in an 8 state footprint Ensured that all crews were thoroughly trained and adhered to safety guidelines and customer and company quality standards and best practices of the industry
