Daily Duties at Safway Group:
All procurement activities, contract negotiations, vehicle fleet management of 2,800 units. Proper management and deployment of $900 million of company owned assets to 8,000 individual project sites. Responsible for over $14 million in annual freight expenses. Global sourcing of $100 million of cap-x equipment each year. Successful development and deployment of integrated ERP system to 120+ business sites.
