(GSM-GPRS) • Represented sites have over 200,000 subscribers • Administrate Speed Bills payment system • Administrate RITA payment system • Responsible for Nokia, Nortel, and Erickson switch interfaces to primary sites • Plan and administrate weekly issue update calls with primary clients • Operate Oracle CORE ticketing system for all issues • Interface with Applix ticket tracker system • Coordinate with all VCS customer support teams when needed • Handle emergency situations with primary sites 24/7 when needed • Customer Care Recognition Award – November 2005 • Key Performer – 2008 • Four Thrive awards in two years
