Daily Duties at Atlantic Tele Network, Inc.:
Managed MS SQL database, Envision Billing System, and OTRS reporting tools for Bermuda Cell One, Choice US and Choice USVI. One of three team members to develop our OTRS ticketing system for trouble tickets. Supervise report jobs from the database daily and compile dashboard reported for the executive team.
