Trained staff in infection control, universal pre- Cautions, management of immobile residents, reviewed Crisis management and went over the individual diseases of each of the residents. I oversaw 12 staff members and implemented a staff Assignment sheet for each shift. Scheduled all medical and psychiatric appointments for Both in-house and clinic visits. Participated in flash meetings to evaluate residents’ Progress and formulated and up-dated treatment plans. Charts were audited daily for completeness and correctness. Performed at least 3 rounds of the house, checking on the Well-being of the residents.
