Managed organization of 37 contract analysts, customer service representatives and business improvers; $3.2MM general and administrative budget; Managed administrative functions of equipment loan programs, facility rent and incentive programs totaling $65MM annually; Drove policy recommendations for all contractual related matters; Enforced rigorous control environment; Continuously improved work processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and drive out costs while increasing customer satisfaction.
