Daily Duties at Western Refining :
Manage the wholesale customer service function comprised of 11,500+ delivery locations purchasing gasoline, diesel and lubricants. Manage team of 15 customer service professionals handling 8,500+ calls and over 6,000 orders per month. Monitored service levels, professionalism, accuracy, overall performance.
