Daily Duties at Western Refining:

Analyze performance, trends, results and alter tactics to ensure sales and support teams are driving necessary activity toward desired goals, Provide reporting and results to sales managers and coaches, mentors and sales and support teams, provide flawless execution to meet customer expectations, drive company culture: lead by example: continuously walk the walk, talk the talk reiterating the message, Seek areas for continuous improvement by clearly defining problems or problem areas, generating options, making recommendations and driving for agreement (consenus), then implementing agreed upon recommendation. Repeat for any and all remaining "problems", coach others to do the same, Conduct weekly sales and customer service meetings to review results and weekly plans, present at weekly senior management meetings sales and service results, current activities and status of new business
