Led team of 15 managers and 140 line staff in F&B Division and Rooms Division to include Engineering, Housekeeping and Catering, . Oversaw hiring, training, and coaching of employees. Establish SOP for the Front Office and F&B. To create mentorship programs, service standard seminars, and training manuals that improved staff proficiency, enhanced morale, and cut attrition rate year over year
