Daily Duties at Hilton Hotel :
Led team of 12 managers and 110 line staff in F&B Division and Rooms Division. Oversaw hiring, training, and coaching of employees. Establish SOP for the Front Office and F&B. To create mentorship programs, service standard seminars, and training manuals that improved staff proficiency, enhanced morale, and cut attrition rate year over year
