• Act as IT Functional Lead of Oracle R12 upgrade project. Provide recommendations of new system functionality to best utilize the application thus to improve the effectiveness of business processes. • Implement Collection and Dunning function: Systematically email dunning letters to customers. Dunning letter templates are designed with flexibility that can be used for any legal entities and logos. Reduce time to prepare bad debt review report from 8-16 hours to one minute. • Project manager and functional lead to implement SaaS application of FilmTrack Avails system, a global rights management system, to US and UK locations. The system’s function includes, contract management, revenue recognition, billing, payment and 7 interfaces between FilmTrack and Oracle. • IT owner of FilmTrack system: Work with business teams (legal & accounting) to gather requirements, solution design, set priority, recommend business process improvement opportunities, resolve production issues, manage vendor tasks and priority, QA, conduct UAT, and manage annual budget. • Lead solution design of accounting functionality of Oracle IPM application. IPM is used globally for consumer product business. Responsibilities include: conduct workshops, gather requirement, fit-gap analysis, royalty statement process design, custom solution design, BI report design, & interface design. • Reviews range of available solutions and presents options and recommendations to management.
