Portfolio administrator/trader for the two principals in this newly formed company. Set up accounts, system codes and maintained all trades and transactions. Worked with other portfolio administrators to coordinate with trading rotation. Maintained trading and commissions reports for the firm. Conducted monthly broker and bank reconciliations. Prepared client presentations and reviews. Maintained records/spreadsheets for manager's personal holdings and board commitments.
