Daily Duties at Synergetics:

• Led international business analysis and due diligence assessments with private equity partners and clients • "Architected" solutions, rationalized product/service offerings, and developed value creation plan with initiative-specific savings work streams • Analyzed companies in 1-4 week compressed timeframe to determine magnitude of financial/operational opportunities (P&L and/or balance sheet); developed timeline for implementation schedule and presented implementation proposals to key decision makers • Utilized polished financial/operational analytical skills, supply chain knowledge, Lean manufacturing techniques, process knowledge, and presentation skills to identify and quantify specific value propositions • Managed operating division (full revenue and P&L responsibility) with multiple large clients simultaneously, overseeing implementation and assessment teams in US, Canada, Europe, S. America, and Asia-Pacific regions

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
