Daily Duties at Modus Link Global Solutions:
• Recruited to COO position (from C-Level Consultant role) by new management team brought in by Board to transform struggling company generating increasing losses for 5+ years • Oversaw global operations in 20+ sites (N. America, Europe, Asia) including fulfillment, planning/S&OP, strategic sourcing/procurement, logistics optimization, value-added warehousing/distribution, returns management, entitlement management, digital commerce, financial services, contact/call center, repair & recovery, and client management functions
