Provided system leadership and focus for TCCC, growing sales volume and profitability. • Accelerated business development within CCE Michigan Division, providing Strategy, Marketing, Organizational Development, Team and Customer Management, and New Product expertise • Managed Customer Cooperative Trade Marketing Agreement financials and co-managed USA support staff (13) in all areas ensuring maintained shelf / display space, ad weeks and new product availability • Conducted local negotiation of Sports / Presence Contract / Financials to include Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, Detroit Pistons, The Palace, and Michigan State University ensuring pouring rights, use of partner marks in retail programs, and new product placement • Developed local strategic partnerships with Nabisco, M&M Mars, Hershey, and Kraft • Developed and implemented the Detroit City African American Consumer Marketing Model Market Plan with CCE with a focus on Detroit consumer, brands and retailers
