Daily Duties at Gold Medal Products:
Designed poppers, hot dog grills, cotton candy machines, electric and gas fryers. Used AutoCAD to design and specify sheet metal and sand cast parts, specified gasketing, electric motors, heat elements, thermostats, transformers, and switches. Acted as gatekeeper for all NRTL (UL, CSA, ETL, NSF, AGA) submittals, including writing product component descriptions and proposing test protocol. Responsible for all product and carton label content. Acted as liaison during quarterly audits for all visiting NRTL agencies.
