Daily Duties at Pollo Tropical :

Assist the General Manager to achieve business goals by hiring, training and developing team members, and team leaders. Perform inventories, schedules, take care of customers, review the food quality and control the kitchen production in order to ensure the achievement of food and labor cost company goals.
