Initiation, planning and implementation of 1080 telecom systems in new and remodel store locations for Best Buy Corporation Coordinating approximately 368 stores per year, six to eight locations per week, February to November of each year Development, design, and programming of each system, live or via offsite dial up Responsible for managing all onsite technicians, coordination of off-site contractors, equipment, and designation of all new lines Training of store management, and employees prior to location cutoff date and grand opening Completion of training and licensure in multiple telecommunication systems Tracking of costs, changes, and new equipment Ongoing troubleshooting and communication with corporate client
