Daily Duties at Fees Administrator:
• Implementation and development of a revenue enhancement program for Dodge, Fillmore, and Olmsted County CommunityCorrections Instrumental in setting up policies, procedures, and protocol related to compliance under state and federal guidelines Initial planning of system, information, and fees based on offender level of offense Implementation of system, beta testing, and go live date with the MN State Department of Corrections, and tri-county area of Dodge, Olmsted and Fillmore County Presenting and training of the Financial Tracking System (FTS) to Association of Minnesota Counties Training of local counties upon request and new to the system Manage and maintain data on approximately 16,000 clients, 2000-2500 new clients per year Responsible for collection of over $3,000,000 in fees or 5% of the annual budget per year
