Daily Duties at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, Inc.:

Analyzed, monitored, and validated government contract accounting allocations, prepared monthly vouchers, and successfully achieved CAS, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR) agency compliance. Recruited to lead and manage the selection, design, and development of the Deltek Costpoint Accounting System, facilitated successful system implementation and transition, and optimized monthly billing accuracy and timeliness. Developed and automated voucher, financial performance, and federal regulatory reports and compliance systems, and increased reporting transparency, accuracy, and reliability. Restructured/streamlined Medicare contract cost-analysis process, and improved reporting efficiency, timeliness, and functionality. Led senior management meeting, prepared/delivered PowerPoint presentation, educated managers on overhead, general, and administrative cost analysis and reporting methodologies, improved cost-reporting and bidding credibility, and positively impacted bottom-line performance. Created and presented budget-verses-actual expense reports and variance rationales to senior leaders, collaboratively developed/executed corrective-action plans, and improved financial performance. Generated enterprise-wide and department specific direct-verses-indirect labor productivity reports, reduced excess overhead, and met contract ceiling rates. Created and launched CMS Analysis, Reporting, & Tracking System, streamlined/standardized templates to accommodate contract changes and modifications, reduced CMS report preparation time, and increased reporting accuracy and consistency. Championed/developed the first Incurred Cost Electronic (ICE) cost report, and reduced CMS and DCAA annual reporting process from 4 months to 4 weeks. Designed cost templates to support the development of two major Medicare 5-year contract proposals and modifications for subsequent option years.
