Created and presented budget-verses-actual expense reports and variance rationales to senior leaders, collaboratively developed/executed corrective-action plans, and improved financial performance. Generated enterprise-wide and department specific direct-verses-indirect labor productivity reports, reduced excess overhead, and met contract ceiling rates. Created and launched CMS Analysis, Reporting, & Tracking System, streamlined/standardized templates to accommodate contract changes and modifications, reduced CMS report preparation time, and increased reporting accuracy and consistency. Championed/developed the first Incurred Cost Electronic (ICE) cost report, and reduced CMS and DCAA annual reporting process from 4 months to 4 weeks. Designed cost templates to support the development of two major Medicare 5-year contract proposals and modifications for subsequent option years.
