Daily Duties at Saks, Incorporated:

Boys 2-20 Departments (comprising 4 divisions and 250 stores) including: * Plan for the following: sales, markdowns, receipts, inventories, gross margins, ITO, markups, utilizing the Arthur Planning Program * Work with Product Manager and Vice President of Product Development to develop complete assortment plans for each season, to the color level * Provide direction on cost/retail targets for product, product flow, and number of styles/SKUs to develop, based on melding of merchandise and financial plans * Develop corporate ranking of stores to ensure correct merchandise placements * Create reports analyzing the state of business, giving recommendations for areas of improvement to the Divisional Merchandise Managers and Divisional Buyers * Create and monitor key item unit plans for each season
