Daily Duties at Ericsson:

·Assimilated and directed 6 teams of full time and contract workers in association with the creation of bills of material for Services, CORE, OSS, Multimedia, Baseline and Product Kitting. Cross-trained teams for better utilization of resources. · Directed an additional team in association with Software Activation and License Key Generation for all products and customers under Region North America (RNAM). ·Spearheaded the successful operation and function of remote teams with employees in multiple states and multiple countries. ·Drove initiatives for process improvement and increased efficiency. ·Maintained Governance role between RNAM and the Regional Order Desk (ROD) in Mexico. ·Established ways of working and performance matrix for functions under my management
