Daily Duties at Idm Services Ltd:

• Coordinated all technical documentation for the IT department e.g. user manuals for deployed IT solutions/ applications. • Ensured adequate management of the IT assets of the company and ensured adequate availability of IT devices to relevant end-user • Built, configured and maintained Server Hardware's, mostly HP and DELL Server for our client companies. • Responsible for setting up Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Deployment of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. • Performed periodic backup of server’s data to ensure 100% recoverability in the effect of system failure. • Performed Network Analysis, Design, Re-engineering, Implementation and Administration for upcoming client company and existing ones. • Provided support for SAP (B1 and A1) ERP systems for our clients. • Network cabling, cable termination (data & voice) and Logical implementation of actual network design. • Network implementation of LAN, MAN, WAN using Cisco router, switches and smart bridges. • Responsible for rollout of newly purchase networking equipment (routers, switches, wireless devices etc.) and troubleshooting network related problems. • Designed and implemented wireless LAN for easy access by our mobile network users in order to have access to network resources like wired network. • Consulted with students, faculty and other departmental heads to assess computing needs and application/software system and network requirements. • Kept proper records of system and network tool and other materials associated with online classrooms. • Conducted computer system and network training for individual and corporate organizations using training schemes and schedules for A+, N+, MCP’s, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP and CWNA.
