Divisional marketing head including e-commerce platform with strategic and tactical over-site over all business plans, marketing programs, growth of $2.3B in sales, and marketing expense budget of $35M. Led the development of strategic long range business plans and objectives, marketing programs to support business plans, customer research, corporate communication plans, e-commerce, selecting and managing outside advertising and research agencies, and overseeing the execution of marketing programs through all functional areas. Developed organizational structure, recruited, trained, and managed 20+ highly skilled business managers and marketing professionals.
