Daily Duties at The Vanguard Group, Inc:
• Define, plan, coordinate, and execute project plans for significant sub-divisional initiatives. • Develop, manage, and execute project plans in conjunction with manager and business representatives. • Proactively identify, manages, and mitigate technical risks and related issues. Effectively communicate and manage project dependencies. Researches issues by performing root cause analysis. Identifies potential solutions, reviews complex technical issues and escalates project risks to appropriate level audience. • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to Management and business clients to obtain their input or buy-in as appropriate. Provide timely communications with internal client teams, management, and IT partners to ensure requirements and priorities are understood.
