Daily Duties at Grady Memorial Hospital:
Direct and manage a team of 50 team players within the Atlanta Region, Central Ga and South Georgia Region. Manage over 200 vehicles within the fleet, medical equipment, medical supplies for the three (3) regions. Manage and prepare sales forecasts, operating budget and procurement process for the three (3) regions. Provide direction and sales support for the separate company that generates additional revenue through emergency specialty vehicle upgrades, builds and ambulance remounts.
