Executed routine office responsibilities and responded to employment verification requests. Processed background checks for qualified candidates for full time and part-time positions and coordinated the employment process with the hiring manager. Performed HRIS data entry and maintained confidential personnel files. Keyed employees’ tax elections and direct deposit information during new hire set up and subsequent changes in payroll system and assisted with processing payroll.
