Managed overall operations of $2.7 million in sales, product distribution, and 17 employees. New customer acquisition & retention. Increased Margins and Turns adding to the bottom line, inventory management; evaluate new product lines to determine if we would bring them on, analyze inventory level and mix, ensure full sell thru in sells cycle; new, flow, promotion and holiday. Forecast promotions and new product launches. Weekly (outside sales) and Monthly(full team) sales meetings with staff. Track daily sells for all selling units in comparison to goals and coach accordingly. Control AR oversee HR, including any on boarding of new employees, communicate with out of state owners. Communicate needs and opportunities with manufactures we represented. Fill in where ever an employee left us short handed. Volume - complexity or score
